1. Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, for any reason — whether the item is defective or you've simply changed your mind.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- The 30-day window begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by our shipping carrier's tracking information.
- Requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be new and unused, in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing original packaging as a result of customer use may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return with Royalin is simple:
- Contact us at contact@royalin.shop within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and send it back to us by mail.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Royalin cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

- Exception: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us — we will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
5. Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or item of equal value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process outlined above and let us know which item you'd like instead. If the replacement item is of a different value, our team will advise on any applicable price adjustment.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome of your refund request.
- No restocking fees. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees on approved returns.
- Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time (typically a few business days) for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as all Royalin orders ship for free.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@royalin.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping costs — at no expense to you.
8. Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to decline a return or refund if:
- The request is made outside the 30-day return window.
- The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.
- The item is missing original tags or packaging and is no longer in new condition.
9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
