1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Once you place an order with Royalin, our team gets to work right away preparing it for dispatch.

  • Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling time: All orders are picked, packed, and quality-checked within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Please note that handling time does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday after the cut-off, or over the weekend, will typically begin processing the following Monday.

Once your order has been packed and handed to our delivery carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


2. Delivery & Transit Time

Royalin proudly offers free delivery on all orders — no minimum spend required.

  • Transit time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Total estimated delivery time: Combining handling and transit time, most customers receive their order within 6–9 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Transit times are estimates provided by our delivery carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact us at contact@royalin.shop before placing your order to confirm availability.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to our support team.


4. Delivery Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. That's why Royalin offers free standard delivery on every order, regardless of order value or destination within our serviced area.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Royalin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@royalin.shop — we will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, issues can occasionally arise during transit.

  • Delayed shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@royalin.shop with your order number so we can investigate with our delivery carrier.
  • Lost shipments: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, as VAT is included in the displayed product price where applicable.
